About

Lawyer, Project Manager and Chartered Marketer.

I teach the PMP because I hold it, and because I have watched what separates candidates who pass from those who study hard and still fall short. It is rarely knowledge. It is reading a scenario the way the exam does, and choosing the best answer among several good ones.

Over ten years my practice has trained more than 50,000 professionals. In the last twelve months, 64 of the candidates I trained passed the PMP, and their stories are here. I founded Dinak Strategy Consulting in 2015, I mentor PMP-certified practitioners across five continents, and I practise as a barrister and solicitor in Abuja, Nigeria.

Beyond training, I research why institutional reform fails at the execution layer. I developed the Accountability Triangle, the Implementation Fidelity Protocol and the AI Accountability Framework for Dinak Strategy Consulting, and they are now the basis of an in-progress SSRN paper series.

The simulator is that classroom experience, written down: realistic scenarios, honest explanations, and a score report that tells you what to study next.

Research and frameworks

Why reforms fail between design and delivery, and what to do about it.

Field work on World Bank programmes and federal agencies exposed the structural gaps behind delivery failure. I developed three proprietary frameworks from it for Dinak Strategy Consulting, and they are the subject of an in-progress SSRN research paper series.

AT™

Accountability Triangle

Diagnoses and rebuilds institutional accountability by mapping the relationships between authority, responsibility and consequence, so reform starts where the structure actually breaks.

IFP™

Implementation Fidelity Protocol

Closes the gap between policy design and field delivery by finding the exact points where well-designed interventions lose integrity in execution.

AAF™

AI Accountability Framework

Governance architecture for institutions deploying intelligent systems: clear lines of accountability for algorithmic decisions where traditional oversight falls short.

The three converge in the Institutional Capability Maturity Assessment™ (ICMA™), a diagnostic that produces an institutional capability scorecard, and the Institutional Capability Transformation Roadmap™ (ICTR™), which maps findings to a development sequence. Writing includes "Why Most Institutional Reforms Fail at the Execution Layer" and "AI Governance Without Accountability Is Governance Theatre", published as LinkedIn articles and through Dinak Consulting Strategic Insights. SSRN papers are in progress.
